You will be redirected to Truemed's site to take a short health intake survey to determine eligibility for using your HSA/FSA funds.
A licensed provider reviews the provided information and writes a Letter of Medical Necessity, if appropriate.
Eligibility is typically determined within 24-48 hours, but you will be able to complete your purchase immediately.
After the survey, you'll be returned to a checkout screen to enter your payment information. You can pay with your HSA/FSA card, a personal credit/debit card, or split the payment between both.
If you pay using your credit card, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your purchase and a Letter of Medical Necessity for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed.
Please note: Some items, including mattresses, are only partially eligible for HSA/FSA funds. If your product is partially eligible, you can split your payment between your credit card and HSA/FSA card.
