For Canadian customers, Big Fig offers Quick Ship delivery ($250 USD), White Glove Delivery ($449 USD), and White Glove Delivery + Removal ($499 USD), all inclusive of shipping, customs fees, and taxes.

Mattress Recycling Laws

A state recycling fee may apply in select states—$16 in California and Connecticut, $21 in Rhode Island, and $23 in Oregon. Fees fund the Mattress Recycling Council and include complimentary removal.

How Do I Schedule A Mattress Removal Appointment?

If you choose White Glove Delivery + Removal, the delivery team will remove your old mattress at setup. For Quick Ship + Removal, LoadUp provides a scheduling link for pickup.

Will I Be Able To Schedule A Delivery Appointment?

Yes. For White Glove Delivery, the delivery team contacts you to schedule once the order arrives locally. Quick Ship provides a tracking link but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

What’s Included In The White Glove Delivery Service?

White Glove Delivery includes delivery to your room, unboxing, setup (if applicable), and removal of packaging. The delivery team handles the whole experience.

How Should I Prepare For My White Glove Delivery?

Clear the room and path, ensure an adult (18+) is present during your 4-hour window, secure pets and children, and wait until delivery is complete to dispose of the old mattress if removing on your own.

What If I Need To Cancel My Order?

Will My Bedding Items Ship With My Big Fig Mattress?

No—bedding items ship separately and typically arrive in 5–10 business days.
