A Two-Week Trip to Dreamland
Adjusting to a new mattress can take a little time, especially if your old one was saggy, lumpy or just not right for you. That’s why we ask you to try your Big Fig Mattress for at least two weeks. If you’re not well-rested after that, you can return it under the terms of our sleep trial. Trust us, great sleep is worth the warm-up.

If you’re not 100% in love, returns are free and easy. We’ll arrange to have your mattress picked up and you’ll receive a full refund of your purchase. That way, you can rest easy—and sleep well.
When Does My Sleep Trial Start?
The sleep trial begins on the day you receive your mattress, not your order date. You’ll have 120 nights to determine whether the Big Fig is right for you. It’s automatically included with your mattress purchase; no registration is required. The Big Fig sleep trial policy is limited to one return per household.

Big Fig Exchange Policy
120 days to find your best 40 winks. We want you to find the perfect mattress. That’s why we let you exchange your mattress for a different model within your sleep trial.
Foundation, Base, and Bedding Returns
All non-mattress items, once delivered, are non-returnable. We can make exceptions for certain products if the package is unopened and sealed. (We may ask for photographic proof.) These products include Big Fig Foundation, Big Fig Frame, Adjustable Base, Micro-coil topper, Mattress Protector, Premium Cooling Sheets, Adjustable Pillows, Pillow Protectors, Adjustable Body Pillow and Body Pillow Case.
