The Big Fig team is as committed as always to providing excellent customer service during the COVID-19 crisis. With that, we know you have questions about ordering, current orders and the delivery process.

Orders and Stock

We are still manufacturing product and completing orders and are experiencing limited backorder issues. Please rest assured that we are following all necessary protocols to prevent transmission of the virus in our production facilities, as well as monitoring every step of the process to ensure that we all continue to stay safe, healthy, and sleeping soundly.

Temporary Delivery Changes

Due to the fluidity of the situation with COVID-19, our White Glove Delivery and White Glove Delivery + Removal services will be temporarily unavailable. There are too many variables at the state, local, and individual levels to guarantee the level of service that our customers expect and deserve.

However, delivering your Big Fig purchase in a safe, timely manner remains our highest priority. We ask that you please take advantage of our FREE to-your-door delivery through FedEx for a contactless delivery option.

Contactless Delivery

All orders are processed and then delivered within 5-7 days from the day you place your order. They will be delivered via FedEx and no signature is required, eliminating the need for any breach of social distancing protocols. There have been a few reported interruptions of service within FedEx's delivery network, especially around major metro areas and delivery hubs, and we’ve been notified that proper protocols are being followed at all their facilities nationwide.  These protocols have created issues for some orders, and we appreciate your patience as we work through them. Please contact Big Fig Support first if you have any issues or questions about the order process or delivery.

Financing Availability

Our financing options are still available through our website. We are not experiencing delays in communication or financing offers from our partners at Bread or Zibby (Katapult). If you have questions regarding financing options, please contact our team for support.
